All orders to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) will be sent by courier on a 48-hour tracked delivery service with Yodel. Once your order is ready to be packed at the nursery, you will receive an email from us letting you know your order is being processed as well as an email from InXpress/Yodel with your tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel online. Please allow 24 hours before trying to track your parcel as the couriers need to scan it into the system. If you have ordered by phone or at a show, you will need to contact us for your tracking information.

NORTHERN IRELAND & THE EU
BREXIT NOTICE
As a result of the agreement, the UK is no longer part of the EU’s single market and customs union and new rules apply. Unfortunately, because of the new trade agreement, we have made the difficult decision to stop sending to Ireland (including Northern Ireland) and the rest of the EU. If anything changes in the future, we will update our website accordingly.
Dispatch Dates
All orders are dispatched at various seasons of the year depending on the products that have been ordered. Please check the delivery dates for each item. If you are ordering during the delivery period, please allow 3-5 workings days for your order to be dispatched.
Please note: During our busy ‘Flower Show’ season (April to May), we may take up to 5-10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Please check each product’s Shipping Estimate which can be found on the right-hand side of each page.
